In September, I coordinated an entire week of events in The Black Stallion. My clients are both doctors and needed all the help I could provide. It was an amazing experience culminating in a gorgeous wedding day with lots and lots of intricate details pulled together to create a truly magical evening. I was able to play concierge, trip planner, and also event planner, and even stayed in the event home during the week to make sure everything went off as planned. I sourced furniture from four hours away, stocked the house for the week, created and delivered welcome bags, created the room assignment board and all other printed materials, and the list goes on. Working with many, many vendors, we created the ultimate dream wedding package for Brian and Brandon.
